Guiding Principle
Use the Service to create invoices for legitimate business you are authorised to bill for. Do not use the Service to harm anyone, deceive consumers, infringe rights, or break the law.
Prohibited Content
You may not enter, generate, or distribute invoice content that:
- Depicts a minor in a sexualised or explicit context.
- Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (“deepfake” nudity).
- Promotes terrorism, organised violence, or self-harm.
- Constitutes hate speech, slurs, or content that incites violence against a protected class.
- Depicts identifiable individuals in a defamatory or harassing manner without consent.
- Impersonates a real person, brand, or public figure with the intent to deceive.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, trade-dress, or other intellectual property rights.
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.
Commercial Misuse
You may not use the Service to:
- Issue fraudulent, inflated, or duplicate invoices intended to deceive a payer.
- Bill for goods or services you did not provide, or misrepresent amounts, tax status, or payment terms.
- Create invoices for prohibited or restricted goods or services where billing them would violate applicable law.
- Generate fake receipts, proof-of-payment documents, or accounting records.
- Impersonate another business, freelancer, or agency when issuing invoices.
We expect commercial uses of the Service to follow the tax, invoicing, and consumer-protection rules of the jurisdictions you bill into.
Technical Misuse
You may not:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure.
- Bypass rate limits, captchas, or authentication.
- Use automated tooling, scrapers, or bots to access the Service except via a documented API and within published quotas.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary parts of the Service.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
- Circumvent credit accounting, rate limits, authentication, or other technical restrictions.
Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring that any logo, branding, or line-item description you include on an invoice does not infringe third-party rights. If you use a client's trademark or a brand asset, you must have permission or a valid licence to do so.
We respond to valid takedown notices under applicable copyright law. Please send notices to support@oussama.comwith the subject line “Copyright Notice”.
Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this policy, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your account.
- Withhold unused credits if the violation is material.
- Report the matter to law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
Where the violation is unintentional and minor, we will normally warn you first and give you an opportunity to fix the issue.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this policy, please report it to support@oussama.com. Include as much detail as possible (URLs, screenshots, account identifiers if known). Reports are handled confidentially.
